Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GIS solutions to support organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design GIS projects
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive decision-making
- Train and mentor colleagues on GIS tools and techniques
- Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS
- Proficiency in ArcGIS software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with data management and spatial analysis
- Knowledge of GIS project lifecycle and methodologies
- Understanding of geographic concepts and principles
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
- Experience with database management systems
- Strong understanding of geospatial data formats and standards

Pay
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This role is full-time and based in our headquarters in Redlands, CA.
