About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and execute the end-to-end experience of key workstreams within our global e-commerce platform. This role involves taking responsibility for core shopping-related features, ensuring experiences are intuitive, efficient, and high-performing while meeting established business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of core features and critical user flows, from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to final delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and transform findings into high-quality design solutions.
- Create high-precision wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that successfully navigate technical constraints and business requirements.
- Expertly apply the design system to ensure consistency and scalability, while contributing new components to support global usability.
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with pixel-perfect fidelity.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to drive design decisions that resolve user pain points.
- Maintain a high bar for design quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the implementation process.
- Contribute to the design organization by sharing best practices and participating in collaborative design reviews.
- Stay current with e-commerce best practices and technical innovations to continuously refine product experiences.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UX and UI execution, with a clear focus on problem-solving and interaction detail.
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver design outcomes for complex functional requirements.
- Advanced interaction and visual design skills, with a mastery of modern design tools.
- Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems at scale.
- Solid grounding in user-centered design methodologies and research practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design logic and trade-offs to cross-functional partners.
- Practical knowledge of front-end development principles and implementation constraints.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience Requirements
- Generally requires a minimum of +7 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a proven track record in e-commerce or complex digital products.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Arts/Design, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Judgment/Reasoning Ability
- Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.
- Able to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
