Sr Product Designer

Senior Product Designer Overview Kantata is building modern software for the professional services industry. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft end-to-end design for high-impact areas of our platform. Your work will impact every end user of Kantata. You will define core product experiences, introduce AI-driven capabilities into real workflows, and improve how complex systems are structured, understood, and used. Initial focus areas may include Resource Management and our emerging Agentic Platform. The Role Own end-to-end design (problem framing → shipped experience)Partner with PM to define problems, shape solutions, and sequence workWork with Engineering to deliver scalable, well-executed solutionsImprove coherence across interaction design, IA, and system behavior Meaningful ownership and influence on product direction.
