Sr Product Designer

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process for complex features and products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Real estate industry experience and familiarity with designing transaction platforms is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to drive strategic design decisions and influence product direction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay

$128,000 - $153,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
