Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaigns.
- Partner closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to align on, and ship improvements for both self-serve and managed advertisers, across global markets.
- Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear solutions.
- Build solutions to drive product-led growth of revenue and high priority advertiser features.
- Explore and ship AI features to help advertisers get customer support, reporting, recommendations, and eventually take action on their behalf.
Requirements
- Experience with digital advertising and growth-centric design: Understand performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing) and how creative impacts performance.
- Strong product discovery skills: Comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams: Drive alignment and ship products with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Excellent communication of complex topics: Explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and drive clear decisions.
- Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive high-velocity product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Product Design (or equivalent).

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
