Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaigns.
- Partner closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to align on, and ship improvements for both self-serve and managed advertisers, across global markets.
- Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear solutions.
- Build solutions to drive product-led growth of revenue and high priority advertiser features.
- Explore and ship AI features to help advertisers get customer support, reporting, recommendations, and eventually take action on their behalf.
Requirements
- Experience with digital advertising and growth-centric design.
- Strong product discovery skills.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
- Excellent communication of complex topics.
- Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping to drive high-velocity product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Product Design (or equivalent).
Skills
- Understanding of performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Schedule
This role requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months. Positions can be located anywhere in the country.
