Title: Product Designer, Action Figures (Contract) Location: Bristol, PA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract (up to 6 months) Compensation: $34 to $38 per hourAbout the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading global toy company seeking a Product Designer to join its growing design team in Bristol, PA.This role will be responsible for leading product design deliverables for a high-volume blind box figure launch, from early design through sculpt turnover. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in action figure design, 3D modeling workflows, and sculpt direction, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced consumer products environment.This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with design leadership while contributing to a major product launch and additional collectible and licensed product lines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product design deliverables for a blind box figure launch, including 7 body styles and 24 head sculpt variationsCollaborate in real time with the on-site design team to streamline development and accelerate turnover updatesExecute feedback and revisions quickly to keep the line on scheduleCreate turnarounds, sculpting notes, and turnover packages for figure developmentSupport additional collectible and licensed product opportunities as neededQualificationsMid-to-senior level experience in action figure or toy product designProficiency in 3D modeling workflows, including building turnarounds and reviewing multi-component STL assembliesAbility to audit scale across 2D and 3D filesStrong eye for facial likeness and character accuracy, with experience writing precise sculpting notesBachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAbout TalentoHC Build Your Best Team Yet Executive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital Consulting TalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
