Sr. Product Designer

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process for key e-commerce features, from discovery to delivery
• Conduct user research and testing to create effective design solutions
• Produce precise wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that meet business goals
• Utilize a design system for consistency while adding components for global use
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• Engage with product managers to drive user-focused design enhancements
• Maintain high design quality and attention to detail throughout the process
• Participate in design reviews and share best practices within the team

Qualifications

• A robust portfolio showcasing advanced UX/UI work, emphasizing problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 7 years in UX/UI or Product Design, particularly in e-commerce settings
• Proficient in modern design tools with strong interaction and visual design capabilities
• Experience building and using design systems at scale
• Grounded knowledge in user-centered design methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions to diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of front-end development and accessibility standards

Pay

$125,000 – $135,000 annually
