Sr. Product Designer ($190k-$350k + Equity) at VC-backed enterprise AI startup

About the role

As the founding Senior Product Designer, you will shape how enterprises interact with autonomous AI agents. You will own the design process end-to-end, from establishing core design systems to shipping high-impact features. Working directly with founders, you'll transform complex operational workflows into intuitive, high-quality product experiences that redefine workplace efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Establish and evolve the core design system and component architecture to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate directly with founders and customers to translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Own design end-to-end, spanning product features, brand identity, and executive presentation materials.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses over 6 years of product design experience, ideally within fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
• Demonstrates an exceptionally high bar for craft with full mastery of Figma and complex system design.
• Thrives in ambiguous settings and enjoys leading the entire product lifecycle from concept to shipment.
