Sr. Process Engineer- Japanese Speaking

We are seeking a Sr. Process Engineer - Japanese Speaking to join our team in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Fullerton, CA, and Lexington, KY offices. This role requires significant progressive experience in process engineering roles, with a focus on food and beverage, manufacturing, life sciences, or advanced tech projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with an emphasis on process systems. Technical proficiency includes strong experience with MS Office Suite, familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, CxAlloy, and AutoCAD, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a Lean Manufacturing certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
The role involves regular use of hands, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Exposure to variable conditions during site visits is also expected. Key responsibilities include acting as the technical lead on projects, executing the full scope of project work, collaborating with project managers, clients, and internal teams, engaging in continuous improvement efforts, taking a lead role in on-site support and commissioning activities, and developing detailed technical documentation.

The physical demands of this position include frequent standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching with hands or arms, talking or hearing, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The role requires occasional lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision. The work environment is generally an office setting with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature/humidity.
