Sr. Process Engineer- Japanese Speaking
Responsibilities
Act as the technical lead on projects, applying advanced engineering concepts to develop process systems across a range of industrial and manufacturing applications.
Execute the full scope of project work, including process design, budgeting, implementation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of processing systems.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Lead discussions and planning sessions with stakeholders.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance engineering quality and project deliverables. Lead knowledge-sharing groups and best practice initiatives.
Take a lead role in on-site support and commissioning activities, including planning and facilitating complex commissioning processes.
Support business growth by contributing technical expertise in proposals and developing professional relationships to expand client networks.
Develop detailed technical documentation, including equipment lists, flow diagrams, process narratives, and project reports.
