About The Role The PACE Clinical Specialist will work closely with our medical directors, as well as clinical experts that are upstream, and members of the marketing and commercial enablement teams. This role will help support the content creation and development of training for persons with diabetes as well as health care providers. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively and cross functionally to deliver world class content for clinical training and development. Primary responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned. Influences the design of education concepts, processes and standards that support the portfolio and align to business needs.Works with upstream global clinicians to design educational strategy and execution of educational assets to be used in human factors testingCreates digital learning content and collaborates with graphic designers and vendors to bring easy to understand and effective training modules to lifeApplies adult learning principles and looks for ways to automate and scale simplified learning approachesProvides clinical and educational guidance and training to internal partners as neededParticipate in conventions, forums, symposia educational content and scientific education programming meetings for promoting product and procedural awareness.May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection. Must Have Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements listed below must be evident on your resume. PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00-$230,000.00 For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $150,000.00 - $256,000.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
