Sr. Principal PACE Specialist
About the role

The PACE Clinical Specialist will work closely with our medical directors, as well as clinical experts that are upstream, and members of the marketing and commercial enablement teams. This role will help support the content creation and development of training for persons with diabetes as well as health care providers.
Responsibilities
- Influences the design of education concepts, processes and standards that support the portfolio and align to business needs.
- Works with upstream global clinicians to design educational strategy and execution of educational assets to be used in human factors testing
- Creates digital learning content and collaborates with graphic designers and vendors to bring easy to understand and effective training modules to life
- Applies adult learning principles and looks for ways to automate and scale simplified learning approaches
- Provides clinical and educational guidance and training to internal partners as needed
- Participate in conventions, forums, symposia educational content and scientific education programming meetings for promoting product and procedural awareness.
- May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements listed below must be evident on your resume. Bachelor’s of science required (RN/RD/CDCES) with and minimum 10 years of clinical training and education experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant, healthcare industry experience
Qualifications
- Master's degree Biomedical Sciences, or related medical/scientific field.
- Experience in Diabetes therapies/products at MiniMed or Medtronic
- Expertise in stand-alone CGM and smart insulin pen therapies
- Expertise in MDT pump, sensor management and CareLink report interpretation
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and learning management systems
- Experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) / field sales (e.g., professional speaking experience and training)
- Experience presenting to HCP audiences at local, regional, or national events
- Experience in developing patient Case Studies
- Knowledge of Healthcare Business Conduct Standards
- Excellent project management and organization skills.
- CDCES – Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist

Pay
Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $136,000.00-$230,000.00. For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $150,000.00 - $256,000.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
