Sr. Principal PACE Specialist
About the Role
The PACE Clinical Specialist will work closely with medical directors, clinical experts, and members of the marketing and commercial enablement teams. This role supports the creation and development of training content for persons with diabetes and healthcare providers. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class clinical training and development materials.
- Influences the design of education concepts, processes, and standards that support the portfolio and align with business needs.
- Works with upstream global clinicians to design educational strategy and execute educational assets for human factors testing.
- Creates digital learning content and collaborates with graphic designers and vendors to develop effective training modules.
- Applies adult learning principles to automate and scale simplified learning approaches.
- Provides clinical and educational guidance and training to internal partners as needed.
- Participates in conventions, forums, symposia, and scientific education programming to promote product and procedural awareness.
- May be responsible for clinical supply operations, site, and vendor selection.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the following minimum requirements must be evident on your resume:
- Bachelor’s of Science (RN/RD/CDCES) with a minimum of 10 years of clinical training and education experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related medical/scientific field.
- Experience with Diabetes therapies/products at MiniMed or Medtronic.
- Expertise in stand-alone CGM and smart insulin pen therapies.
- Expertise in MDT pump, sensor management, and CareLink report interpretation.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) or field sales (e.g., professional speaking and training).
- Experience presenting to HCP audiences at local, regional, or national events.
- Experience developing patient case studies.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Business Conduct Standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).

Pay
Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico) are:
- $136,000.00 - $230,000.00 USD.
For roles located in California, Seattle, WA, Washington DC, Boston, MA, and New York City, the salary range is $150,000.00 - $256,000.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
