About the role

The Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/Lead CPSO will support multiple programs and ensure compliance with all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer, and company requirements. Key responsibilities include training and leading several security analysts, managing destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, developing and administering security programs and procedures, studying and implementing federal security regulations, obtaining rulings and interpretations from government agencies, preparing manuals and establishing procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, conducting security education classes, investigating security violations, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead several security analysts
  • Manage destruction, security education and awareness
  • Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
  • Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
  • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
  • Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials
  • Conduct security education classes and related briefings
  • Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken

Requirements

  • Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.)
  • Current Active Top Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience
  • MS Degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience
  • Additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's
  • Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures

Skills

  • Working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures
  • Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE
  • CPSO experience

Pay

The primary level salary range for this position is $112,200.00 - $168,200.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
