About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4 / Lead CPSO to support multiple programs in ensuring compliance with all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer, and company requirements. Responsibilities include training and leading several security analysts, managing destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, and developing working relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
  • Lead and train security analysts in program security, including access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC.
  • Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations.
  • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance from government agencies.
  • Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, as well as granting access to restricted materials.
  • Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
  • Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security, or relevant experience; or MS Degree and 6+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
  • Working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
  • Current Active Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE.
  • CPSO experience.

Pay

Primary salary range: $112,200.00 – $168,200.00. Base salary offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Vice Presidents and Directors may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
