Principal Industrial Security Analyst

About the role

This CPSO position supports a fast-paced, high-profile program. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with internal and external customers; developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; studying and implementing federal security regulations; obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations; preparing manuals and establishing procedures; conducting security education classes; investigating security violations; and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials.
• Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Requirements

• Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.)
• Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Security or related experience OR MS Degree and 4+ years of CPSO, Security, or related experience.
• An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.

Skills

• Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE.

Pay

The primary level salary range for this position is $89,900.00 - $134,900.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Schedule

Travel: 10% of the time.
