Sr. Pricing Manager/Estimator

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating and pricing development for IFM and BOS proposals
• Develop staffing plans and cost estimates for maintenance and repairs
• Manage subcontractor sourcing and cost proposal composition
• Collaborate with sales and proposal teams to deliver cohesive RFP responses
• Conduct site tours to assess client program needs and create pricing solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Facility Management and/or Base Operations Support (BOS) pricing
• Strong knowledge of Government contracting and pricing methodologies
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Familiarity with Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) standards

Pay

$120,000 – $135,000 annually
