As Sr. Project Manager, you will work under the leadership of the SR Operations Lead within the Global Procurement Sustainability (GPS) team, collaborating with Amazon’s Social Responsibility team and the Global Procurement Organization to implement mechanisms that meet Amazon’s human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards and to ensure supplier compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Audit risk assessment activities across Global Operations suppliers.
• Meet with senior leaders to understand the business and leverage multiple sources of business data to assess human rights risks.
• Sponsor and oversee a portfolio of audits.
• Help scope, plan and execute high‑quality audits and remediation plans addressing the highest risks.
• Insist on the highest standards for your team and audits, and dive deep into every audit area, applying broad technical knowledge, sound business judgment, and partnering with key stakeholders.
