Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare, government, and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall financial performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project delivery.
• Support business development efforts, client relationships, and pursuit of future opportunities.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with a general contractor.
