About the role

We are a well-established commercial general contractor in the Raleigh area and are now hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage projects across various sectors including commercial renovations and buildouts, retail anchored projects, institutional and municipal work, and ground-up commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects cradle to grave, handling budgets, schedules, buyout, and subcontractor coordination
• Lead Owner Advisory Committee (OAC) meetings and serve as the primary client contact
• Work closely with superintendents and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage changes, costs, and closeout processes efficiently without unnecessary red tape

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within a commercial General Contractor setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear communication skills with clients and trade partners
• A desire for a long-term role with a local contractor
