Sr. PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Windchill PLM Technical Architect to serve as a technical liaison between customers and the LTTS team. This role involves managing a team of 25+ resources, interfacing with customers for requirements and status updates, and providing technical guidance on Windchill PLM solutions. The position also supports proposal creation, effort estimation, and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 25+ resources with different skill sets, providing guidance on best practices, technical assistance, and mentoring on functionality and features.
• Interface with customers to coordinate requirements, status updates, enhancements, deployments, and go-live supports.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews; generate data for status reports for senior management review.
• Handle resource planning and allocation.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers and the LTTS team.
• Support creation of proposals and SoWs, effort estimation, and project plans using MPP and flow diagrams using Visio.
• Oversee multiple activities including infrastructure design, system upgrades, customizations, workflow creation, and team-based solution development to meet customer requirements.
• Develop solutions for Windchill applications and provide solutions to key issues and challenges.

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years in Windchill PLM.
• 1+ years of experience with emphasis as Windchill Technical Architect for various customers.
• 3+ years of experience in Windchill customization (version 10 and above).
• Experience with Windchill 13.0/13.1 and customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models.
• Experience with Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and PTC's product suite.
• Knowledge and use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML for modification of Windchill.
• Experience with project life-cycle management systems, product data management, and associated networking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in PLM and PTC Products: Windchill PLM, ArborText Content Delivery, and BoM Transformation and Change Management.
