The SR Physician Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting physicians to work at Riverside Medical Clinic. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare industry trends, and the ability to build relationships with potential hires.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified physicians to work at Riverside Medical Clinic
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with potential hires
- Research and analyze market data to identify physician needs and trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Prepare and present recruitment materials to potential hires
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians
- Experience working with healthcare organizations and providers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
