About the role
The Sr. PeopleSoft CRM Developer / Expert / Architect is responsible for leading design, development, and implementation projects. They also assist in setting coding and procedural standards in case management, website, and other business applications. This is a hands-on position within a small team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure and commit to implementing components that support and enhance the system architecture and framework.
- Consult with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs.
- Committed to producing code that is structured, scalable, and reusable.
- Highly motivated and proactively initiates and participates in design sessions, ensuring software components conform to the approved database design.
- Ensure the highest quality client satisfaction by providing ongoing product support, including bug fixing and performing table entry maintenance.
- Ensure quality by managing quality control, change control, and system documentation efforts.
- Responsible for release control and component implementation.
- Must strictly adhere to data security and privacy policies as stated in corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development, customizing Oracle/PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development using SQL, and object-oriented design and programming.
- At least 5 years of experience in PeopleCode and performance tuning of SQLs and experience with Fluid Pages.
- 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft CRM modules.
- Working knowledge of Application Engine, Integration Broker, PS Query implementations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- JavaScript, HTML experience is preferable.
- Prior experience and participation in data modeling activities is preferred.
- Developer proficient in Oracle XMLP or BI Publisher.
- Should be a quick learner who can understand a customized PeopleSoft CRM / Tools 8+ and start on migration/development quickly.
- Extensive experience in developing Component Interface and Web Services in PeopleSoft and integration with SOAP5.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with a telemetry tool like Splunk for observability is preferable.
