Sr. People Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. People Partner to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people priorities with organizational goals in a fast-moving enterprise technology environment. You will help diagnose team and talent needs, shape practical solutions, and strengthen core people programs that support retention and growth. As the organization continues to scale, you will also play an important role in reinforcing culture, partnering closely across the broader People team, and influencing leadership decisions with data-driven insight.
