About the role
The Payroll Systems & Interface Analyst supports the payroll systems and interfaces for the DHL Group, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data. Key responsibilities include:
- Application & Payroll System Support
- Troubleshooting and resolving system and data issues
- Loading, managing, and processing payroll interface files
- Validating payroll file loads and balances
- Monitoring payroll processing cycles
- Issue Resolution & Vendor Partnership
- Partnership with payroll vendors, IT teams, and HR/business stakeholders
- Tracking, documenting, and escalating complex system issues
- System Enhancements, Testing & Conversions
- Assisting with system testing activities, including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation
- Supporting payroll system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
- Researching, compiling, reconciling, and validating payroll data
- Preparing payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders, vendors, government agencies, and compliance purposes
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Evaluating existing payroll processes
- Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed process documentation, workflows, interface maps, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience supporting payroll systems, HRIS applications, or related system interfaces, with demonstrated experience in file processing, data validation, and issue resolution
- Experience troubleshooting payroll system, interface, and data errors, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Familiarity with formal change management and system testing processes
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, data validation, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting payroll processing, integrations and data exchanges
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and application support, preferably ADP
- Experience supporting payroll processing, integrations and data exchanges
- Working knowledge of wage and tax laws and payroll compliance concepts
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred
