Sr. Partnership & Engagement Advisor

About the role

Amentum is seeking Partnership Engagement support onsite for a customer in McLean, VA. The position focuses on outreach and engagement within a functional area, analyzing reports, developing contracts and reports, and facilitating partnership activities with senior officials, executives, and academia.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
• Develop and deliver contracts, departmental, project, and financial reports to the customer, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support partnership engagement and outreach by planning, logistics, development, and execution of conferences, symposiums, and events.
• Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
• Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with the client’s strategic partnership plan.
• Act as a technical liaison with partners on Cyber Threat Intelligence matters.
• Facilitate and coordinate working‑group meetings and author post‑meeting reports and summaries of conclusions.
• Use JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services.

Requirements

• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Education/experience combinations:
  • BS degree + 18 years of experience, or
  • MS/MA degree + 10 years of experience, or
  • No degree + 24 years of experience.
• Executive‑level written and oral communication skills.
• Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience with Intelligence Community (IC) and private‑sector partners.
• Working knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Experience working in the Intelligence Community.

Compensation

Salary range: $134,000 – $184,000. This estimate reflects the company’s good‑faith intent at the time of posting; actual compensation may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws.
