Sr. Partner Development Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Partner Development Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead strategic partner development efforts with a strong emphasis on channel growth, joint go-to-market execution, and partner performance. The position will work closely with System Integrators and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen alliances, expand partner practices, and improve customer outcomes. The right candidate will bring deep experience in partner ecosystems, revenue accountability, and executive-level relationship management. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with System Integrator partners to enhance the partner program
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industries
• Inspire partners to expand their practices and ensure quality delivery of services
• Manage the partnership lifecycle and maintain strong, end-to-end relationships
• Work cross-functionally to enhance partner and customer experiences
• Lead co-marketing initiatives to boost partner visibility and lead generation
• Monitor partner performance and adapt strategies to meet metrics and priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in partner development, strategic alliances, or similar fields
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability
• Established relationships with System Integrators and a track record of success
• Strong executive presence, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with cloud environments preferred
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
