Sr. P&O Business Partner
About the Role
The Sr. HR Business Partner provides HR leadership and guidance by partnering with business leaders at sites, branches, or within functions. This position is responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits. Additional responsibilities include executing recruiting strategies for mid to lower-level professional, managerial, administrative, clerical, and maintenance/warehouse positions, as well as handling retention strategies, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation, and training.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business initiatives.
- Act as a change agent, driving transformation agendas, developing transition plans, and leading communication and engagement activities.
- Establish robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
- Implement, interpret, and administer employee and labor relations programs aligned with company goals.
- Facilitate and provide training and development, including orientation, for management and workforce.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees for problem resolution and day-to-day support.
- Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Administer existing HR programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Provide Employee Relations expertise, ensuring legal compliance and supporting leaders in local consultations or negotiations.
- Promote diversity-related initiatives within the assigned area or country.
- Support timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
- Utilize internal and external data to generate and analyze reports for business cases and regulatory requirements.
- Travel as required.
- Work overtime as dictated by business needs, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Full personnel responsibility to lead, develop, and coach a team of up to 6 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences, and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Recognized HR Professional Certification preferred.
- Local language required; effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Previous experience with payroll processing and timekeeping preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
