Sr P&C Engineer - Technical Application Engineering

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Protection & Control Engineer to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant to guide customer planning and solution development
• Develop technical proposals and ensure compliance with customer specs
• Provide technical support during customer presentations and evaluations
• Assist customers with troubleshooting of protection and control systems
• Lead technical presentations and provide product training to customers
• Develop long-term relationships within customer organizations
• Provide market intelligence to marketing and develop new leads

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in power system protection and control
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting protection and control systems

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
