Temporary assignment in Aliso Viejo, CA lasting approximately 2–3 months.

About the role

Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, translating employee feedback and organizational data into actionable insights. Lead analysis, interpretation, and communication of engagement survey results and other employee-experience data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover root causes, themes, and organizational strengths/risks.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership audiences.
  • Facilitate survey-results reviews, insight discussions, and action-planning sessions with leaders and teams.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders to design strategies addressing employee feedback.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics platforms to accelerate data synthesis and insight generation.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and change readiness.
  • Translate findings into organizational-development interventions around leadership, communication, and team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate action-plan effectiveness and employee-experience outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR, Employee Experience, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing engagement, culture, pulse, or Great Place to Work® survey data.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics, visualization tools, and AI-enabled technologies (such as Claude) to develop business-focused recommendations.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting insights to leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with leaders on complex organizational topics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated environments preferred.

Pay

Hourly rate between $42.79 – $53.51, depending on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
