Sr Order Execution Specialist

About the role

Responsible for executing orders efficiently and accurately within the supply chain department.

Responsibilities

• Execute orders in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and provide accurate and helpful responses.
• Manage order data entry and updates in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in order execution or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
