Responsibilities
- Maintain & communicate system work effectively
- Train new users on applications both on shop-floor and in office
- Be flexible with solutions and design for robust longevity
- Demonstrate passion and ability to keep up with KPI’s
- Communicate actively for new system launch, regular assignment reminders, and outreach
- Create solutions to collaborate with Shop-Floor and analyze displays
- Make actionable decisions on gathered data
- Participate in daily shop floor patrol as needed and support weekly audits
- Manage teams of various sizes and model 3R5S and perfect cleanliness behavior
- Assign audit duties to PIC personnel on the shop floor
- Participate in meetings with senior management including production directors and vendors
- Provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communication, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in a battery manufacturing or fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with designing and delivering training modules or workshops
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn and develop

- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally approximately 40% of the time
- Bi-lingual in English/Korean (preferred)
