Operations Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain & communicate system work effectively
• Train new users on applications both on shop-floor and in office
• Be flexible with solutions and design for robust longevity
• Demonstrate passion and ability to keep up with KPI’s
• Communicate actively for new system launch, regular assignment reminders, and outreach
• Create solutions to collaborate with Shop-Floor and analyze displays
• Make actionable decisions on gathered data
• Participate in daily shop floor patrol as needed and support weekly audits
• Manage teams of various sizes and model 3R5S and perfect cleanliness behavior
• Assign audit duties to PIC personnel on the shop floor
• Participate in meetings with senior management including production directors and vendors
• Provide on-call support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communication, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a battery manufacturing or fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with designing and delivering training modules or workshops
• MS Office Suite proficiency
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn and develop

• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally approximately 40% of the time
• Bi-lingual in English/Korean (preferred)
