Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group Trade Support organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities
- Processing trades, fulfilling market orders, looking at securities, reading swift messages, looking at financial futures as well as futures variations
- Primary work conducted over email communication with limited phone time
- Conducting research from time to time
- Sending communications to terminate relationships with Investment Advisors
- Executing complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures
- Identifying and addressing exceptions; serving as a point of escalation for complex transactions
- Partnering internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions
- Interacting with external customers to complete transactions
- Ensuring the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- Providing consultation and advice to internal and external customers
- Reviewing existing processes, recommending improvements and driving implementation
- Serving as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects
- Training and onboarding new hires
- Reviewing transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Participating in risk mitigation activities
Requirements
- Trade Support experience preferred
- Experience working with Investment Managers is ideal
- University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position

Pay
Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
