Sr. Operator Assembler - Laser - 1st Shift (NovelCath)

Cirtec Medical, a leading outsourcing partner for complex medical devices, specializes in comprehensive solutions for Class II and III devices, from design and development to precision components and finished device assembly. The company focuses on areas such as neuromodulation, implantable drug delivery, cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, mechanical circulatory support, and minimally invasive surgical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with small devices, performing various tasks with various tools, fixtures, and equipment
• Follows established documentation for production manufacturing
• Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes
• Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions
• As instructed, adjusts machines to achieve conformance with specifications and maximum yield
• Performs pre/post-weld operations such as assembly and part cleaning
• Supports workstation set-ups and troubleshooting on qualified operations
• Trains as needed for Level I and Level II assemblers
• Complies with company, quality, and safety standards, policies, and procedures

Must Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-years’ experience in medical device manufacturing
• Laser welding operation experience
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds

Shift Hours

4:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Thursday

Pay

$22 - $24/hour, based on experience and qualifications
