Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Lead strategic analysis of customer needs and develop scalable, competitive solutionsLead tender processes, including solution design, cost evaluation, and pricing inputsEvaluate operational capacity and coordinate cross-functional solution developmentDrive implementation and onboarding of sold business into operationsLead automation, process optimization, and continuous improvementOversee SOP development and optimization for scalable, efficient solutionsEnsure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability Perform all other duties as assigned, required or delegated by superior Requirements To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field requiredMaster’s desirable6+ years in key account management, bid management, or operational leadershipExperience in managing high-value tenders and large-scale operational customer solutionsFluency in English requiredGerman language desirable6+ years in logistics industry knowledge6+ years in tender or pricing managementProficient in MS Office SuiteExcellent analytical skillsExcellent business senseExcellent ability to work under pressureExcellent adaptabilityMust possess permit to work in the U.S. CV/Resume required
