Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in leading and supporting continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
- Minimum of 3+ years in a traditional manufacturing engineering role.
- Experience with various manufacturing methodologies and practices.
- Expert in the use of data manipulation within Excel.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Data analysis/manipulation and Project Management experience.
- Experience leading and educating on Lean methodologies and Kaizen events.
- Systemic problem solver, with experience implementing solutions with root cause analysis.
