About the role
The Sr Onboarding Support, Hub Delivery position involves supporting local businesses in becoming Amazon Hub Delivery Partners, focusing on delivering services and managing applications.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement throughout team processes, identifying gaps and supporting resolutions
- Support implementations of team standards, writing SOPs and improving current documents
- Build relationships with applicants, small business owners and future Amazon delivery partners
- Communicate with applicants and future partners 1:1 through phone and email
- Set proper expectations with applicants to ensure they're setup for success
- Track and monitor applicants in the vetting and onboarding pipeline
- Track account activity and update pipeline in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot application errors and submit Tech tickets to Hub Tech partners to solve
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience in business-process design or equivalent
