Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IT systems and networks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ITIL best practices
- Experience with network administration and server management
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
