Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategic roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
- Provide leadership for all IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and enterprise applications.
- Identify opportunities for technology to improve productivity, automation (including AI), and data visibility.
- Partner with executive leadership to recommend technology investments and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and manage annual IT operating and capital budgets.
IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee the performance, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including: Servers, Networks, Cloud platforms, End-user computing, Telecommunications.
- Ensure high system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and managed services.
- Maintain IT asset lifecycle management.
Enterprise Systems & Applications
- Manage and support enterprise systems, including: ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central), CRM platforms, Data and reporting tools, Collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Optimize systems to support operational workflows and reporting requirements.
- Partner with business units to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.
- Oversee system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
IT Governance & Service Management
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement best practices for IT service management (ITSM) and support processes.
- Monitor service levels and continuously improve IT support performance.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor IT staff, including: System administrators, Help desk personnel, Network engineers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support professional development and technical training.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional IT projects, including: ERP enhancements, Infrastructure upgrades, Cloud migrations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in management or leadership.
- Experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise systems and AI initiatives.
- Proven experience with ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms, and IT service management.
- Ability to travel (domestic and internationally) and obtain a passport.
