Sr. Onboarding Specialist - SaaS (Remote)

As a Senior Onboarding Specialist - SaaS, you will play a critical role in supporting Inspira’s partner and employer onboarding processes through its SaaS Operating model. You will manage relationships with Inspira’s Platform Partners/Tenants, support onboarding and welcome calls, facilitate bulk HSA and Notional account migrations, and collaborate with the team to ensure successful partner implementations. This dynamic and adaptable role offers exposure to different areas of our business as we grow, ideal for someone curious, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change management and ambiguity are part of the journey.
While some roles are based at one of our office locations, this position is remote and can be located in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change. Relocation is not provided. Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.
Responsibilities
- Employer Onboarding & Implementation:
- Lead the CDH benefit (HSA, FSA, HRA, etc.) implementation of employer onboarding for SMB and Mid-Market clients through our strategic partners.
- Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for employers.
- Collaborate on partner implementation projects, contributing to the ongoing success of the platform.
- Customer Success & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers.
- Ensure partners maximize value from our platform by understanding and advocating for their needs.
- Mitigate risks and prevent churn by identifying issues early and leading mitigation efforts.
- Function as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback for product improvements.
- Lead ongoing status calls and develop strategies to improve client health and satisfaction.
- Change Management & Process Improvement:
- Adapt to changing responsibilities as we scale, pivoting towards a dedicated Customer Success or Implementation role as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- 5 years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced environment, including working with institutional advisors or managers.
- Strong relationship and communication skills, applied to both internal and external clients.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks within specified timelines.
- Ability to solve complex issues, both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge), and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Deep experience with Consumer Directed Health Benefits and regulations.
- College Degree preferred.

Pay
$80,000-$100,000 per year.
