About the role
We're looking for someone who thrives on organization and connection—someone who can juggle logistics while making people feel genuinely welcomed. If you're passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and want to shape how our company grows, this is your moment.
Responsibilities
- Own the Onboarding Journey – Guide new hires from "signed offer" to "fully integrated team member" with a seamless, stress‑free process.
- Lead Virtual Orientations – Deliver engaging orientation sessions that bring our company culture to life—no boring PowerPoints allowed.
- Be the Go‑To Person – Be the friendly voice (or Slack message) that new employees trust with their questions about benefits, policies, and where to find the best coffee shops near their remote workspace.
- Track & Optimize – Use HR tech to monitor progress, spot bottlenecks, and continuously improve the experience based on real feedback.
- Set People Up for Success – Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure every new hire has the tools, access, and welcome they need—no "figuring it out alone" on your watch.
- Create Magic – Design onboarding materials, swag experiences, and touchpoints that make people think, "I made the right choice joining this company."
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous onboarding or HR coordination experience
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, etc.)
- Organizational superpowers—juggling multiple new hires doesn't faze you
- Background in remote team coordination
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping people succeed
- Creative eye for presentations and materials
Benefits
- Competitive Salary - We pay for talent (specific range shared during interview)
- Full Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision
- Generous PTO - Plus paid holidays and mental health days
- 100% Remote - Work from your home office, a coffee shop, or your couch
- Growth Path - Clear opportunities to advance into HR Generalist, HRBP, or L&D roles
- Learning Budget - Professional development stipend for courses and certifications
- Flexible Schedule - Results matter more than clock-watching
- Fun Culture - Virtual team events, recognition programs, and a genuinely supportive team
Who You'll Work With
You'll join a tight-knit HR team that actually likes each other. Your HR Manager is a mentor, not a micromanager. You'll collaborate daily with recruiters, department heads, and leadership—all invested in making onboarding exceptional.
