Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to support financial advisors and their teams with onboarding, training, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices and provide in‑person onboarding and training.
• Train advisors and staff on onboarding processes and systems.
• Assist with account setup, transfers, rollovers, and documentation.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Communicate with advisors and internal teams by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 65% of the time.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor and comfort training others.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• No certifications required.

Pay

$30 – $35 per hour.
