Sr. Network Operations Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Network Operations Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will focus on maintaining the reliability, performance, and resilience of a global network environment supporting retail and consumer operations. The analyst will lead complex incident resolution, strengthen monitoring and compliance practices, and partner with internal teams and service providers to improve operational outcomes. This is a highly collaborative position that combines advanced technical troubleshooting with process improvement and mentorship. The right candidate will help drive faster issue resolution, stronger observability, and better day-to-day network performance across the organization.
