Responsibilities
- Originate high-quality mortgage loans from both internal member referrals and external sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Deliver exceptional service and expert mortgage advice
- Ensure complete and accurate loan submissions with minimal revisions
- Collaborate closely with Loan Operations to create a seamless member experience
- Work toward a monthly loan production goal of approximately $1MM
- Maintain accurate, complete loan files with minimal operational exceptions
- Generate new opportunities through your referral network
- Earn positive feedback from members, partners, and teammates
- Grow referral volume through
