Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solutions Architects transforming how SMB customers adopt cloud, generative AI, and modern architectures.
- Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Architecture team focused on SMB customers across West US.
- Coach SAs on cloud adoption, generative AI architectures, and pragmatic decision-making for fast-moving customers.
- Drive measurable adoption of AWS services as a paired technical and commercial function alongside sales teams.
- Be the voice of the customer back to AWS product teams, surfacing field patterns that shape the roadmap.
- Produce thought leadership through reference architectures, workshops, and conference sessions that position AWS as the trusted cloud for SMB.
Requirements
- 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
- Experience working directly with enterprise, start-up, or SMB accounts.
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope.
- Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.
- Experience using, developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
Skills
Technical credibility, commercial sharpness, and a trusted leader who coaches high-performing teams while driving real customer outcomes and shaping AWS product strategy through field insights.
