Sr. Mgr., ML Infrastructure, PV Personalization and Discovery
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Hands-on experience with machine learning infrastructure, retrieval/recommendation systems, large-language model and/or generative AI, as well as partnering with applied science teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with AWS products and services
Responsibilities
Partner with scientists and product managers to streamline the model development lifecycle from research to production.
Build ML infrastructure and establish MLOps practices that enable rapid experimentation and deployment of AI/ML models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists and applied scientists.
Ensure AI-driven solutions are scalable, reliable, and responsible, while continuously innovating to deliver delightful customer experiences.
