About the Role
The Senior Manager, US HCP Pediatrics Strategy & Portfolio Growth will shape the long-term growth agenda for Kenvue’s pediatric HCP business across brands including Aveeno Baby, Children’s Tylenol, Children’s Motrin, Children’s Zyrtec, Johnson’s Baby, and future pediatric growth platforms. This role leads portfolio strategy, upstream opportunity identification, healthcare professional business model development, and cross-brand growth planning to strengthen Kenvue’s leadership with pediatric healthcare professionals and unlock future business growth.
Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit (Hybrid). Reports to Head of Institutions Peds US Omnichannel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the US HCP Pediatrics business across multiple brands, building a cohesive portfolio growth strategy aligned to business priorities, healthcare professional needs, and category opportunities.
- Shape future strategic growth platforms for the pediatric business, defining how brands, audiences, and care moments connect across the lifecycle to create a scalable and differentiated growth system.
- Partner with brand teams across Self Care and Skin Health to define pediatric brand roles, unlock portfolio synergies, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and recommendation with healthcare professionals.
- Translate market, consumer, HCP, and competitive insights into clear strategic recommendations, business cases, and growth plans.
- Identify and shape upstream growth opportunities, including innovation needs, partnership opportunities, and new ways to expand Kenvue’s pediatric leadership in healthcare professional channels.
- Lead the development of the pediatric key opinion leader strategy, including ecosystem mapping, prioritization, engagement models, and connection to broader brand and portfolio priorities.
- Develop the HCP business model, measurement framework, and strategic roadmap needed to scale the pediatric business over time, especially as the portfolio expands.
- Partner closely with activation, sales, medical affairs, digital, CBI, finance, regulatory, legal, and agency teams to ensure strategies are actionable and connected to execution.
- Represent the strategic direction of the pediatric business in leadership discussions, planning forums, and select external engagements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, or related industries, with significant experience in portfolio strategy, brand strategy, HCP marketing, commercial planning, or upstream business leadership.
- Demonstrated success developing growth strategies across complex, multi-brand businesses.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear recommendations and business cases.
- Experience translating healthcare professional, consumer, and market insights into compelling strategic plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional planning and influencing stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business planning, forecast inputs, prioritization, and long-range growth thinking.
- High level of drive, curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration skills, sound judgment, and the ability to move from insight to action.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams; comfort learning new tools and platforms quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or consumer health businesses; experience with portfolio architecture, lifecycle strategy, KOL strategy, upstream innovation planning, or capability building.
- Demonstrated ability to build new business models, systems, or strategic frameworks from the ground up.
Pay
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $153,850.00 - $217,200.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level, and other job-related factors.
