Sr Mgr, HCP Peds Strategy & Growth
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to these headings. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role? Could be "What You Will Do" as About the role. Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilites". Requirements/Qualifications: "Required Qualifications" and maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Skills: maybe not explicit; we could combine under Qualifications. Benefits: "What’s In It For You" includes benefits. Pay: salary range. Schedule: work location/hybrid maybe schedule? Not explicit schedule; we have work location hybrid. Could treat as Schedule? But schedule not given; we could omit Schedule section if not specific. Pay: we have salary range. Benefits: we have competitive benefit package etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, disability assistance, etc. Also remove "For more information, click here." etc. Remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Structure: Use for each section heading. Inside, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: could be "What You Will Do" paragraph.
- Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilites" list.
- Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we could have Requirements (Required) and Qualifications (Preferred) separate? The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could map:
- About the role: What You Will Do (paragraph)
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilites (list)
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (list? Actually it's prose with bullet-like sentences). Could convert to
- each bullet.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list)
- Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills list. Could combine under Qualifications.
- Benefits: What’s In It For You (list of benefits)
- Pay: salary range (maybe a
) - Schedule: Work Location hybrid (maybe a
indicating hybrid schedule). Could treat as Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Let's extract content: About Kenvue: "What We Do At Kenvue, we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care. Built on over a century of heritage and rooted in science, we’re the house of iconic brands - including NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, TYLENOL®, LISTERINE®, JOHNSON’S® and BAND-AID® that you already know and love. Science is our passion; care is our talent." "We Are": "Our global team is ~ 22,000 brilliant people with a workplace culture where every voice matters, and every contribution is appreciated. We are passionate about insights, innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers. With expertise and empathy, being a Kenvuer means having the power to impact millions of people every day. We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you! Join us in shaping our future–and yours." But these are generic company description; maybe we could include under About the role? The instruction says About the role heading for section like About the role. Could include the company overview as part of About the role. However we also have "What You Will Do". Might be better to have About the role include company overview and role purpose. But we must not invent. We can include the "What We Do At Kenvue" and "Who We Are" as About the role content. Role Reports To etc: metadata like "Role Reports To Head of Institutions Peds US Omnichannel Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid". This is minor metadata; we could fold into a short
under About the role or maybe under Schedule? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with that info. Now "What You Will Do": paragraph describing role. "Key Responsibilites": list of responsibilities (note spelling). We'll output as
- .
"Required Qualifications": list of qualifications (bullet-like). We'll output as
- .
"Preferred Qualifications": list.
"What’s In It For You": includes salary range and benefits. Actually salary range is separate bullet: "Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $153,850.00 - $217,200.00". Then benefits list: "Competitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact NetworksThis list could vary based on location/region". Also note about total rewards.
We need to separate Pay and Benefits sections. So we can put salary range under Pay heading (
Pay
...). Benefits under Benefits heading (
Benefits
- ...). The benefits text is a bit messy; we can split into items: Competitive Benefit Package, Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More, Learning & Development Opportunities, Kenvuer Impact Networks. Note that the asterisk maybe indicates footnote; we can ignore.
We should not include the note about total rewards etc if it's boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but still substantive. Could include as a
under Benefits. Now Schedule: we have Work Location: Hybrid. Could be under Schedule heading:
Schedule
Hybrid work location.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Not include. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:About the role
