Sr. Mgr, GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architects

About the role

The NAMER Specialist Organization is seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect leader deeply familiar with GenAI/ML services, who has overachieved throughout their career and built strong, deep relationships with F1000 and/or G2000 organizations. This leader will partner with Sales and Product teams to build a strategy focused on winning new customers and growing existing customers for the long term.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic workloads to drive the necessary technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Help the Sales field prioritize GenAI/ML for their customers.
• Build a high-performing team of deeply technical Solution Architects.
• Work closely with product and other GenAI/ML teams to help them evolve the products and address issues, concerns, and requests from customers.
• Analyze and determine key customer insights from business drivers, customer feedback, and operating metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.

• Top of the line leadership skills with the ability to execute on key business initiatives.

• Deep familiarity with GenAI/ML services.
• Strong technical background in cloud services.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies.
• Ability to define and execute on strategic workloads.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Base salary range for this position is listed below:

• AZ, TEMPE - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• CA, San Francisco - 231,200.00 - 312,800.00 USD annually
• CA, Santa Monica - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• CO, Denver - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• IL, Chicago - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• OR, Portland - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• TX, AUSTIN - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• TX, Dallas - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
• WA, Seattle - 201,000.00 - 272,000.00 USD annually
